We’ll attend your appointment as planned
Choose a time that works for you – including evenings and weekends – and we’ll bring everything for you to browse at home. Our advisors are only working if they – and their household – are free from Coronavirus symptoms, and will check that you are symptom-free before attending.
Browse our samples safely
Advisors will all wear the appropriate safety clothing such as gloves and masks, and will observe social distancing measures throughout your appointment. They’ll bring samples for you to browse, plus gloves for you to wear whilst doing so. You can also order free samples to be delivered to you before your appointment.
We’ll give you expert advice and help
Our expert awnings advisors can help you choose fabrics, plus they’ll discuss any optional extras that can help make your awning work harder for you.
Measured to perfection
Your advisor will measure up for you so you can be sure of a perfect fit, following appropriate health and safety measures as they do so. They’ll then give you bespoke quotes for all your favourite styles, which are valid for up to 12 weeks.

A specialist awnings installer will conduct a technical survey of your outdoor space. This will ensure your new awning is perfectly placed to provide maximum shade. Your installer will wear the appropriate protective clothing and adhere to social distancing during the survey.
We’ll safely install your awning for you
Once your awning is ready, your installer will be back - at a time that suits you - to take care of the installation. Your advisor we'll adhere to social distancing at all times and will wipe and disinfect any surfaces once they are finished.
